Zucchini with Chicken and Bechamel Bram



  • 6 large zucchinis
  • 3 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 400 grams chicken kufta
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon gingerbread
  • 3 cups bechamel sauce
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese


  1. Cut the zucchini into thick circles; 5 cm thick for the piece, then simply core with spoon from above. Leave in a bowl aside.
  2. Mix the chicken kufta in a deep bowl, then mix with parsley, salt and pepper, then nutmeg and ginger.
  3. Mix the ingredients well, then shape them into equal circles and put aside.
  4. Cook chicken with olive oil until it takes the golden color.
  5. Pour one and a half cups of bechamel sauce into the oven bram.
  6. Set the zucchini at the bottom and then place each kufta ball over each piece of zucchini.
  7. Pour the rest of the bechamel sauce over the zucchini, then sprinkle with cheese and bake in a medium oven for 40 minutes.
