Spinach with Tomatoes and Chickpeas Bram

Ingredients

  • 1 kg spinach green or frozen
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 onion – minced
  • 5 garlic cloves – minced
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tbsp chopped dill
  • 4 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps

  1. Cook onions with olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, coriander, dill and chopped spinach and stir well.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and hummus.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, pour the mixture into the oven bram and bake for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot.
