Al Kzbareya Bram

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo bass fish
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp green olive paste
  • 1 1/2 cup finely minced coriander
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tbsp garlic – minced
  • Lemon slices for decoration

Steps

  1. Cut the fish in a bowl with lemon juice, a little garlic and cumin and set aside.
  2. In a pan on fire, stir the remaining garlic with olive oil.
  3. Add tomato paste, tomato juice, and green olive paste and then season with salt and spices.
  4. Add coriander and a little water and stir well.
  5. Pour half the mixture into the oven bram, and then put the fish pieces.
  6. Pour the rest of the mixture over the fish and bake the bram in the oven for 25 minutes.
  7. It is decorated with lemon slices and presented.
