Potatoes with Lamb Shank Bram

Ingredients

  • 1 Piece shank cut lamb meat
  • 4 potatoes cut – sliced
  • 4 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 2 onions – sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic – minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 2 tomatoes

Steps

  1. Mix the potatoes and onions with a little tomato paste, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  2. In a pan, stir the meat with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Fry to take the golden color.
  4. The meat is placed in a bram and then covered with the potato chips.
  5. Add the tomato juice, place slices of tomatoes on the surface and then enter the oven for approximately one and a quarter hours.
