Lesan el Asfour with Peas and Meat Bram



  • 2 cups lesan asfour
  • 400g beef
  • 2 tomatoes – minced
  • 1 onion – finely minced
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 garlic cloves – minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 cups broth


  1. Cook lesan el asfour in olive oil, and stir well until it is golden.
  2. Remove lesan el asfour with the spoon and then set aside, and in the same way stir the meat until it becomes golden color.
  3. Add onion and garlic, then tomato and stir well.
  4. Add the tomato paste, peas, and spices, and then pour the mixture into the oven.
  5. Add lesan el asfour and then the broth.
  6. Bake all in a medium heat oven until lesan el asfour is cooked.
  7. Add the parsley and stir the mixture with the fork and then provide the bram with the salads.
