Olives with Eggs Kufta Bram



  • 700 grams minced meat
  • 1 cup Wadi Food green olives
  • 3 ​​tomatoes – grated
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 1 medium onion – minced
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin


  1. Take some of the minced meat and stuff with pieces of green olives, and shape them in circles equal to the size of the apricot.
  2. In a pan, cook the onions with olive oil, then add the grated tomatoes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then paprika, chili powder and cumin, then stir.
  4. Add the parsley and the tomato paste and then a little water.
  5. Pour the mixture into the oven bram, and then place the meatballs.
  6. Break the eggs in different places of the bram and then put in the oven until the eggs and meat are cooked.
