Steps
Mix lemon juice, oil, yogurt, garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, mixed spices, cinnamon and cardamom in a large bowl.
Soak the chicken pieces with this mixture, then cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
