Chicken Shish in The Oven



  •  1 kg chicken Shish fillet
  •  Lemon juice
  •  A quarter cup of Wadi Food olive oil
  •  A quarter cup of yogurt
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Three quarters of a cup of tomato paste
  • Two teaspoons salt
  • A teaspoon and a half of black pepper
  •  A quarter of a teaspoon of mixed spices
  •  A quarter of a small spoon of cinnamon
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of crushed cardamom sprinkle


  1. Mix lemon juice, oil, yogurt, garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, mixed spices, cinnamon and cardamom in a large bowl.
  2. Soak the chicken pieces with this mixture, then cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
  3. Grate the shish on the grill skewers.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with a little Wadi Food olive oil, then place the shish skewers in it.
  5. Put the tray in the oven for five minutes, then take it out and turn the skewers over on the other side, then put them in the oven again for an additional five minutes
