Artichoke and Minced Meat Bram



  • 700 grams minced meat
  • 500 grams frozen artichoke
  • 1 large onion – minced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp Wadi Food olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Wadi Food tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tomatoes – minced
  • 2 tbsp Wadi Food black olive paste


  1. Cook the artichoke in two tablespoons of olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Once its color becomes golden lift from the fire, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil, then the onions and let it wither slightly.
  4. Add the garlic and minced meat then stir the mixture. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, olive paste, and parsley.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and nutmeg.
  6. Add half a cup of water, then pour the mixture after boiling in oven bram.
  7. Set the artichoke over the mixture, then break an egg inside each artichoke.
  8. Bake the bram in a medium heat oven until the eggs are cooked.
  9. Garnish with parsley and a little black pepper.
